Fusion Rainwater Harvesting
System 6 :
Improvement on Outermost Drainages
Description
For the simplified design in multiple system, the outermost drainages can be a kilometer long each if more than ten systems in a row were constructed. Since the water flow very sensitive to the ground level, any drainage section with lower ground level will cause most of the rainwater to cumulate there. This subsequently caused all this rainwater to flow to the nearby pond making this pond having a higher rainwater filling rate than the other ponds.
The solution to this problem is by placing block at a particular T junction to divert the rainwater flow. Each block height 0.5m, which is 0.1m lower than the drainage deep. This is to avoid the block having same level with the ground which may cause rainwater to flow out from the system via this block.
